We participate in most insurance plans and are accredited by the ACR - we'll even help file your insurance claims for you. To ensure accurate billing, please bring current insurance information to each appointment. Be aware that some insurance providers may require preauthorization or a referral form. Your are responsible for obtaining all necesary authorizations and forms; we are glad to help in any way we can.
You are responsible for paying any deductible, coinsurance, or other balance not paid by your insurance carrier. Accounts are due upon receipt of your initial invoice.
